Changing The Form Of Education

How do we education our children to take their place in the economies of the 21st Century?  We can’t anticipate what the economy will look like at the end of next week!

How do we educate children so that they have a sense of cultural identity?  Meanwhile they have to understand and find their place in globalization.

In a world where children are more stimulated (Internet, Social Media, Television, Advertising) than any generation that came before, we are medicating them into zombies in order to fit an educational model that is preparing them for a world that no longer exists.  We need to return to aesthetic experiences in education (arts, sciences, athletics, math) and reduce the anaesthetic influences that we’re putting into education (standardized tests and behavioral drugs).
